Trampoline Flips

Now that it's (finally) getting warmer outside, we spend every afternoon/evening that we can outside playing.  The kids love to play on the trampoline.  For the past year plus, Sage has been obsessed with gymnastics.  She is wrapping up her 5th year of dance, but yet she will put that she's a gymnast on school papers.  ???  So I told her last week that I thought that she could do a flip in the air on the trampoline.  At first, she said, 'No way." But I told her what to do, and in minutes, she was flipping.  She did it for HOURS.  And this WEEK, she is already even better than what I have videoed here.
