I love our church, but it's very casual, and as someone that used to love looking nice (I say that past tense because you may not know that if you saw me out and about lately), it's frustrating at times to only get to wear jeans and a black shirt. So while we are on break, it's nice to get to dress up along with my kids, who I always make sure are dressed nicely for church in spite of their mother's attire. :)
By the way, for those thinking, "I didn't know Sage wore glasses." She doesn't. Her eyes are perfectly fine. She just is going through that phase like I remember going through where she's fascinated with them and WANTS them. Claire's has some fake ones that she has loved, so since we were here, I just finally got them for her. My kids have gotten a LOT of "just because things" since we've been here, by the way.
