I tell myself every night that TOMORROW I need to...(mentally list those things). Then the new day arrives, and I'm saying the same thing. Christmas is seriously almost here, and I have got to find my motivation to finish shopping! I find myself really wishing I lived close to Chrissie today because we could wrap presents together...or she could wrap both mine and her's and I could bake sugary, fattening things that both of us would immediately regret eating. But really, I just want to be with my friend. So yeah, I'm basically useless to humanity these days. Okay, not ALL of humanity. I think this guy thinks I'm pretty great. He has recently become VERY mommy attached, and I love it. You know, he turned on me for a while and became extremely "Team Daddy." I was fine with that, but the tides are turning back. If you've wondered, "Gosh, he seems to wear that Rudolph shirt all the time," that's because he wears that Rudolph shirt all the time. I don't even think we'll be able to retire it after Christmas. I do wash it every time he wears it, so yes, I've been doing a lot of laundry lately. He is loving Elf these days--the Will Ferrell movie. It IS really great. I thought it'd be too big for him, and it really is, but it still seems to hold his attention.
Snuggling with his elves while watching Elf. He took a good advantage of a good opportunity since Sage immediately takes them both when she gets home from school. They're so popular. I also love that the awesome tinted milk leaked out of his cup onto my sheets.
Beautiful boy...yep, that's pretty much what a typical weekday looks like for me. Try not to be too jealous of my stunning natural beauty. But look at that Jaggar's smile. Meltcha heart.
Topic change: don't you love it when you're IN the shower and you realize your spouse left that for soap in there? I swear the picture magnifies that, too. :)
Sage made this list at school last week, and I forgot to share it on here. She's got high hopes, doesn't she? I can assure you there's no way in "hail" that puppy is making an appearance here. That thing would be shipped right back to the North Pole asap.
