If I slack for more than a day on this blog, I don't want to touch it again like ever, so I'm trying to keep myself going. Because this blog is more for me than anyone. I found the other night that I was able to tell Sage some really funny stories about when SHE was Jaggar's age because I had this, so it's a good thing. Anyway, I took this picture right before I had to wake Jaggar to go and get Sage from school the other day. He never moved even with the flash and the shutter sound--of course. Isn't that always how it goes? But if the phone rang and we had 2 more hours, he'd have woken up. He thinks that the picture is awesome. He shows it to anyone and everyone who will pay attention- like the dental hygienist. He said, "That's Jaggar sleeping." When he first saw it, he said, 'What IS that?" I said, "That's you. You were asleep." He goes, "Okaaay." Oh, and he also points out that he sleeps with Rudolph. And yes, he is still in a crib, which is more than fine by me. I'm in no hurry to rush him to grow up. I'm well aware by my almost SEVEN year old that that happens on its own whether I like it or not.
Here's what our elves have been up to lately. Sunbathing under my book light with their own hand-made sunglasses.
And then today, Cara had tied Mickey to the train tracks. :) I guess she is a woman scorned? He was just fine though, and Sage thought it was pretty great. We're enjoying their company a lot because they put excitement in every new morning. It's fun for all of us. And let me add that just now when Jaggar woke up, I went in his room to get him. The first thing he said was, "I want go see what my elf did." !!!! REALLY?! So, he gets it too! I was so excited that he was excited!
And last but not least, here's a few videos. This post is so scattered? Anyway, Jaggar watched his video from Santa again (isn't that magical?), and I was able to record him watching it. I thought that it was so cute to hear him talk back to Santa and to see his sweet expression. You can watch that here. *I swear I'm putting my linked words in color, and then blogger puts them in this gray color that doesn't stand out at ALL. It won't even let me put it back to black. Stupid blogger. The site. Not me. Though I could have that wrong? Just click "here."And he is VERY into books right now. As I said, mom got them a lot of new Christmas books, and he loves to sit and read. He also found some mini Rudolph books from last Christmas, and one night, while I was gone, he read it to himself. Travis recorded it, and it is super cute. You can watch him read here.
