I haven't posted much on my little guy lately! He is busy, busy, busy as usual, at the age of almost (in one week) 19 months. YIKES! How'd that happen?? He LOVES the Christmas tree, so much so, that he just can't not touch it. And it doesn't matter what you say, how you say it, what you do, he's going to get an ornament off. Sage is horrified by how our tree is beginning to look because Travis and I continually move ornaments to the top out of his reach. With the new floor, they break when they hit the ground (proof of that below). She says, "Our tree doesn't look pretty because we don't have any ornaments." Sigh...one day. Oh, and he LOVES Santa. When Jaggar sees him at the mall, he waves his little heart out to him. This began when we were in Louisville for Thanksgiving, and Santa just kept returning the waves. It was precious. I took him over to him, but he freaked when I tried to put him in his lap. He did, however, stand and "talk" with him and even gave him several high fives. He still continues to wave as hard as he can every time we are in eyesight of him. I love it so much.
His newest word is, "Woooow!" over EVERYTHING. I brought our light up Rudolph inside because he kept blowing over in these winds, and Jaggar spotted him and whispered, "Woooow." It is the CUTEST thing ever. He has a huge sweet tooth (I have NO idea where that came from), but he also loves his veggies: particularly peas and corn on the cob. He's hometown famous for that. (In case you didn't know, he had a picture that was a 1/2 page spread in the Anniston Star at Oxfordfest of him chewing on a corn cob back in October.) He is busy, but when you pick him up, especially if he's tired, he will wrap his whole body around you in a hug. He loves me, but when Daddy is around, he will push my hand away. He is a Daddy's boy for sure. And that's okay. For now. I know he'll come back. :)
How cute is he?
I got the "abominable" from Rudolph at Sears last night. We have Rudolphs coming out of our ears, but this guy is a new addition, and Jaggar just loves him.
See the hugs?
And kisses. :)
This is my counter top. Most of these were victim of the "ornament killer," though I will give him a few that weren't his fault. Like 2. :)
