Here's a fact about me: I hate cooking. I really don't cook. It's a miracle that we're all still alive. Travis is a fantastic cook. He sometimes tells people, "She's pretty, but she does nothing in the kitchen." And sadly, it's true. I mean, haha, I'm not saying that I'm pretty. I'm saying that I don't do anything in the kitchen. Anyway, so I heard of fruit pizza and gave it a shot. It was only semi-disastrous. The outcome, as you can see, is quite nice and it is FANTASTIC to the taste. But here's a few things I learned: do NOT put the entire crust (tube of sugar cookie dough) on a STONE or ROLL it out on the stone. This causes two things to happen: first of all, half of it will fall off in the bottom of your oven and burn. Second of all, what's not in the bottom of the oven turning black will be so stuck to the stone from rolling it on there that it will take a lot of strength (think breaking fingernails) to get pieces off. ALSO, let it COMPLETELY cool, several hours even, because the marshmallow cream will ooze right off all over the counters, stove and the refrigerator when it's stored. Make sure you have a mixer that works. Otherwise cream cheese will be chunky with the marshmallow cream, but there's so much fruit that no one notices. :) Try and try again....or let someone else do it. :O)
