I am trying, REALLY trying, to get back in the spirit of blogging. Bear with me. I think Travis and I both need vitamins or a constant line of caffeine. It took me an hour to wake up after I'd initially been woken up this morning. But it was a beautiful day, so Sage asked if we could go to the museum. Fine by me. We hadn't been since October, and Meagan had called early to see what we were doing today. At the time, I was still trying to get out of my semi-conscious state, so Travis didn't really know what my plans were. He had a game at UAB tonight, so we left around 2 this afternoon. We had a fun time. Kylie had never been, and all of the kids were so excited. When we told Jaggar that we were going, he said, "AH! That is AMAZING." lol...I wonder where he came from some days.
My pictures pretty much suck. It didn't even occur to me to take any until we were almost through it. Because we left so late into the day, the kids nor I got a nap. No nap plus dim lighting made for a VERY sleepy me. I know, I know, tough life, as Nick always points out to me. Travis brought his Nikon, so maybe some day I'll look through his and post them. Doubtful but there's a chance.
Jaggar trying to touch the elephant.
Travis did crack me up when I was trying to take a picture of Jaggar, he said, "This kid is going to work for the CIA because no one will EVER see what his face actually looks like." He is a pro at turning his head during picture time.
But this one is prob going to be a model of some kind because she loves the camera, and that love is mutual.
But then a miracle occurred, and I actually got one of ALL three looking AND smiling. AND I got that with my iphone. Or MAYBE I'm just that good. Or maybe both. Probably. Cuties.
We see who the ONLY one is ready for this one. Always. Who cares about fish?
