The first time that Travis took Sage camping on Mount Cheaha was almost 2 years ago. They've had all intentions of going back, but it seemed like SOMETHING always stood in the way. In the race before school starts back, Travis got home last Friday and started packing things up to take her camping again. She woke up from a nap and was thrilled to see all of their camping things all over the family room ready to be taken outside. Mr Cruiz and I stayed here because we're not exactly sleep-in-a-tent kind of people. They stayed Friday night and played all day Saturday. Sage said that they played on the playground, went rock climbing, went swimming, roasted marshmallows...you name it, they did it.
