Today is a day that we have looked forward to since last August: the LAST day of school! I can't believe that it is already here. I SO look forward to summer. I love having my girl home with me and having nowhere that we have to be. They passed a law that school cannot start before August 20th, too, which is AWESOME. They were starting August 8th or 9th! Here Sage is this morning on her last day as a 1st grader. I have to say that THAT is a little bittersweet because she's just getting too big too fast.
Because we were just here: the FIRST day of 1st grade.

And not so long before that? The first day of KINDERGARTEN! Look how much she has grown. And yes, that is the same dress here that she wore today. Look how much bigger she is. (We really get our money's worth out of clothing.) I wish time would slow down just a bit.
Also, when Sage got home from her last day, she showed me a paper where her class voted on superlatives. There were 10 categories, and she was the winner for 3 of the 10 in the female category! Check out what she won by her peers! I was impressed and proud!
