We broke a bit of tradition, but our weekend was so packed that it was simply the better option to ask the Easter bunny if he'd come to our house on Saturday instead of Sunday. I gave Sage the option, but I told her that if he came on Sunday that she'd see her things for whatever time that was allotted for her to get dressed and be out the door for church by 7:15am. So after a bit of thought, she went for Saturday. I didn't get home from Birmingham until about 1 am from going out with Chrissie. Because she was SO excited about the bunny coming, Sage was in my room before 6. Anyway, I can relate to excitement in that, and I love it, so off we went downstairs.
Here's their baskets. :) You can't really see the ridiculous amounts of candy here, but just look at my waist the next time you see me and that'll tell ya. JK...it's not really been a huge guilty pleasure this time for me. You can see them entering the room here. Jaggar didn't really know what was going on, but he's just happy to be there. He was also doing his scaring from the moment he came in my room and in this video. He was also very particular about not dumping his things out. PS: The Muppet Movie is awesome. I want to watch it again because I laughed through the entire movie.

Sage had been asking for bunny ears for weeks, and these were a double bonus because they came equipped with a crown.
I was trying his Easter outfit on that I got the night before in Birmingham and put those ears on him, too.
Sage decided that if she put on all white with the ears and the carrot necklace (bubbles) that she'd look like a real bunny. Saturday morning for baskets worked out MUCH better for us than Sunday would have.
