Picnic at the Park

This past Saturday, our entire music department (which includes all campuses, some I wasn't even aware of), media, and pretty much anyone who wanted to attend met at Oxford Lake for a huge cookout. There were a lot of people there, but umm...the pictures of Sage are more fun. A few random, funny things about her right now: She had ident-a-kid cards made at school, which is just an ID for her where, God forbid, something happen and I'd have a photo ID with her name, picture, weight, height, etc. She weighs 29.5 lbs, which is the exact same amount she weighed at her 3 year check up, which is almost one year ago. She also informed us at bedtime that she no longer likes her name. She said, "Sage is old. You can be Sage. I am Victoria." Victoria is our friend Jennifer's daughter's name. Travis just said, "Goodnight, Victoria." Whatever works to get her to bed. She's also very into shadows, which she calls "tattoos." We have a fountain in our foyer that has a light in it, and she'll run to it at night and say, "Let's make tattoos!"
Sage in a good mood.

Holly and I probably not up to any good.
This is where Sage had had enough and wanted nothing more than to go to the playground. We were all the way on the opposite side of the park from it.
Cool bridge, sad face.

Finally at the swings, of course.
