We've known for quite some time that Jaggar was fully capable of saying his name, but he just refused to do it. He would call himself "Bubby" if he saw himself or you asked what his name was. However, he refused to say "Jaggar" or even repeat it. Today was the day though! He may not do it again for 6 months, so I'm glad I captured it on video.
