Beachin' It Day 2

Yesterday was our first full day here, and it was heavenly. It rained a little in the morning, but that didn't stop us. It was so odd to actually be chilled in July, but we were. Regardless of that, it's still paradise. We are enjoying ourselves so much, and I'd just like to say my goodbyes to anyone that knows me in Oxford because I'm not coming home. :)

Travis and the kiddos out on the balcony.Jaggar is so cute.

We went to Pier Park that afternoon, which reminds me of a mini Gatlinburg. Shops everywhere with rides and fudge on every corner.
I found this AWESOME hat. Don't be jealous of how cool I look.

Sage decided that she wanted to make her own lip gloss at this very girly store that we visited. She chose strawberry, and when she was completely finished, she said, "I think I made the right choice."

It started to rain again, so Sage chose the planes to ride and then we headed out of there.
When we got back that evening, Travis actually had a job to go look at. Did you know his business was national? Yep. The evening turned out to be picture perfect. It was absolutely beautiful out on the beach. While Travis grilled filets, Sage made a sand castle.
Jaggar was excited to have his swim suit on earlier...until we took him outside. He is perfectly content to watch Tangled and Despicable Me 5000 times a day. I can quote them both.

He found a hat.
And so did she.
GUESS what we're watching?
A rare sight: me in the kitchen.

Jaggar in his beloved "gasses"
After we ate, the sky was amazing for pictures.

Unimpressed

Sage taking credit for a sand castle she did not build. She and Travis built one today that is great, and I will post a picture of that later.
Amazing

I have audio and video to go with this as well. Hilarious.
This girl, on the other hand, has NO problem with any part of the beach. She's having a blast.
And so is Nonni
Look at that sky.
Beautiful evening (Look at Jaggar's scowl. lol)

She was so excited to surf. ;)
I got in the water to play with her and got splashed by a wave unexpectedly.
So I said, what the heck, and put my suit on even though it was almost 8 pm.
