Our final moments in the hospital were not sad to see left behind. I remember when I had Sage I was terrified to leave, but this time I was ok...well, that word is relative. I was still in a LOT of pain. Sorry, I just can't let it go, haha. I felt more prepared, but part of me WAS sad to see the service at the push of a button go. I really liked being able to say, "Hey, can I have a Sprite?" and there it was. It's just not like that at home. :)
We couldn't be discharged until Jaggar had been in the hospital a full 48 hours, so we had to stay until right at 6pm. Thankfully, Chrissie and Sean had spent most of the day with us to pass the time and brought lots of yummy goodies.
Just a few minutes before we left. Jaggar might have starved on the 15 minute drive home.He actually did like the car once we got him in it.
TWO kids! Look how proud she is.
That's our car out the window waiting.
She'd had SUCH a long few days. Ever since she was a baby, she'd hold her hair to fall asleep. I'm talking since she was a newborn. She still does the same thing. See? If she doesn't have her hair on the side in that little "ponytail," she cannot go to sleep. She has to have it to hold.
She held the door open for us. The nurse thought she was so cute, and I agreed.
Ready to go!
He seems unimpressed with his new room?
Awww...
Look at that little face.
She loves to hold him in the "bobby."
This was the next morning after a VERY long night. Mister Cruiz didn't sleep so well...or at all that first night, but he's doing better now... Now I just have to upload all the pictures I've taken since we've been HOME for 2 weeks. Life is great. :) He's gotten SOOO much cuter, if you can imagine.
