It's Sage's spring break week, and the kids and I took off to Kentucky on Friday for some fun away from Alabama. The unfortunate side of this is that pretty much all we've experienced is nasty sickness, and that started on the journey here. Jaggar threw up all over my car. I said, "There are few worse things than cleaning up puke on the side of the interstate with cars going 80mph five feet away." My brother said, "And thank God." I thought it was just Jaggar's milk, but when I put him to bed almost 6 hours later at my parents' house, he woke up screaming and had thrown up again. And then again. And then again today. Then Sage threw up in my mom's bed that night.
Since then, not a day has gone by that someone hasn't thrown up. Please pray for my kids. And me. And my parents. Not much fun has been had yet, except for yesterday. We saw a light at the end of the tunnel and thought that the kids were completely better. We went to my grandmother's house, and my brother came over, too. The kids had a great time, and we even took them to the park that evening. The bottom fell out of that today, as it seemed to be Jaggar's worst day yet. His dr, at home, thankfully called in some medicine, so pray this helps! These are the only pictures I have thus far of happy times. Pray I can add more to that like starting tomorrow.
