Present Time

Sage was, of course, so excited to open some presents. Before that, she had to ice her cake for Jesus. Cressa helped her to do it since Sage really took to her this year.Hmm...I see that thing in her mouth more than on the cake. I'd like to think she was finished before she ever did that, but I can't say for sure.
The evidence
Yea! A play-doh kitchen, which Sage LOVES.
This was from Grandmother, the doll that I have avoided for years: Baby Alive--the pooping and peeing Baby Alive. Since I had one in May, I really wanted to avoid this doll, but it is a dream come true for Sage. All grossness aside, it is a cute doll. I'm just not buying anymore diapers than I have to.
Grandmother also bought her more "food" and "diapers."
Her favorite
her 2nd favorite
Yes, that is a stocking laying across my lap.
Her "S" necklace
New dress

After everyone had gone, we exchanged our gifts to each other. Then Travis read the real CHRISTmas story from Luke chapter 2. We put the cookies and milk out for Santa. Sage sprinkled the reindeer feed out on the lawn. Or the reality was that she flung it in a big heap on the sidewalk. She packed her elf up for Santa to take back to the North Pole and got into bed. She was VERY anxious for Santa to bring the one gift she'd been talking about for months: a HELLO KITTY BUBBLEGUM MACHINE. BUT would he pull it off??
