I'm on weekly dr appointments now with the good Dr Collins. It's been almost too much excitement in one week: a dentist AND an OB/GYN appointment. :) I kid, I kid. Actually, for Sage, she LOOOVES the dentist. She squealed with excitement when I told her we were going. Can't say the same for myself, but all was well. No cavities for either of us.
Anyway, Dr Collins ordered an ultrasound just because he hadn't for a while and because I am "so small." BUT he even said, "You're just small, but let's just be safe and make sure baby's growing well." Of course, I haven't dilated any. I knew that would (not) happen. Anyway, the ultrasound showed all was well. She said that she could see that he had hair. :) Sage had a ton of black hair, and I think he will too. She also said, "What did we tell you it was?" I said, "A boy." Then she said, "Good." haha. She got his weight to be at 6lbs, 8oz, but they told me Sage was 8 something the day I was induced, and she was 6lbs, 14oz. Speaking of induction, that is happening 2 weeks from today, May 21st. We actually put that on the calendar at my LAST appointment. He's told me from the very beginning he'd do it a week early, and I never even thought about not doing that. Induction works for me. Sooo, 2 more weeks and we'll have a son!
Until then, we have DANCE RECITAL and practices going on all weekend. While some kids are crying about going on, Sage is asking me, "When do I go back on the stage?" Wonder where that comes from?
