Slow Down

I came across this blog tonight. I don't know them, but another blog that I read linked it on a recent post. This couple's baby girl drowned not quite 2 months ago. Something that struck me was when someone asked her if she had any regrets, and she had 2. She wished that she had taken more pictures, and she wished that she had written more in her journal. She also said in a different post, "The next time your kids are getting on your nerves, imagine what you would do without them." (Sobbing) She made this video, and it really spoke to me. A lot. I'm totally guilty of rushing. God, help me to slow down and ENJOY more. I thought I'd post it. That is her daughter as "the star" of the video. PS: It's a very positive video, evidence that God uses ugly situations to illustrate His grace. I had the video embedded here, but it was cutting words off, so just click on this.

Thanks for posting, Julie. That's an awesome video. Maybe a wake-up call for all of us...
