Post Wiggles

After The Wiggles on Saturday, we went to visit Chrissie and Holland Bridger (she has a name now) in the hospital again. Then we went on to the galleria, to eat at Surin (a Thai place that Travis hated but I loved), and then to Pottery Barn Kids. It was so funny because as we pulled up to PBK, Sage goes, "OH! This is the magazine I looked at! That's so cool!" She is so funny. Notice how Sage is able to eat her food at Surin. You should really be impressed because I am...

On the way to the Galleria, she crashed, though she denied it. It was a big day for her.
Check her out! She requests her own set of chopsticks, AND she can really use them! I JUST learned to eat with them myself not too long ago.
Ha! Isn't that awesome?!
I couldn't be more proud.

WIGGLES!!!

Oh yes! We went to see The Wiggles on Saturday, and we were on the 4th row! We were so excited FOR Sage because she loves them, but I have to say that we were ALL very entertained. I mean, I am astonished at how entertained I was, and I'd go see them again any day. We all laughed out loud many times. I always appreciate kids' shows that throw jokes in for adult entertainment while maintaining their morality. Also, Chrissie had so graciously bought tickets for her kids and Sean, and amazingly enough, they were right next to our seats. I know it's a lot of pics, but the show was really that cool. SO much going on ALL the time! And they sang EVERY song that they possibly could have. I, of course, knew every word. I know why The Wiggles are so lean; they NEVER stop moving. EVER.

Ready for the show
That would be the $17 stuffed guitar that she picked out. So she can "Play your guitar with Murray." (If you haven't seen the show, you wouldn't get that.)
Clowns making us anticipate....
The Wiggles!!! in the big red car!
Jeff is asleep as usual.
And awake again.

This amuses me, even though it's planned. The blow up Murray fell over on Jeff.
Do the Monkey!
Fruit salad, yummy yummy.
Dorothy the Dinosaur
She is in awe.
Their Beatles imitation, so funny.

Wags the Dog
Captain Feathersword
I always thought he was just pretending to play the guitar, but he really does play. I was quite impressed. He switched between 2 guitars and a bass. Jeff really plays the keyboard, and Anthony really plays drums.
Look at her face.
I'm impressed.

Isacah sat in my lap the whole time.
She loved every minute. Every now and then, she would turn around and point at them like, "Do you see that?!"
Sage on the set.

And of course...

Pillow or Lap Dog?

I thought these pictures were funny of how crazy these dogs are, particularly...well both, but in this case, Mayer. Travis took the first few pics two days ago while I was at choir practice. Sage had covered up both dogs in beach towels and decided to join them in their naps.
Faker, haha. The dogs are really so tired though. Sage never lets them rest.
I like how Mayer's eyes are rolling back in his head.
And here, Mayer, in all of his 75 lbs of glory, thinks he's a lap dog. He would sit in your lap as long as you would let him.

Trying to get comfortable.

New Kid on the Block

This morning, July 24th, at 8:25 am, Chrissie had her newest little girl. Her name is _____ Larkin. :) I've caught some names, but I don't think it's official yet, so I can't say for sure. We all went to visit, and we think she's pretty sweet.

Just a few hours old.
Her hand is on the morphine pump. :)

Sage laughing at Harrison, no doubt.
Isn't that sweet?
Look at those tiny feet.

Proud Daddy.
Sweet.
She's chewing on her hands because she thinks she's starving.
The new Mommy (again) and I.
They had more fun with that balloon.
Sage picked that balloon out for the baby, even though she kept asking if she could keep it.

Isacah seems unimpressed. She slept the entire time we were there. Chrissie's dad didn't sleep the ENTIRE time. ;)
Awake.
Sweet baby
The happy couple--they tell us they are boyfriend and girlfriend. In fact, Sage told me they were going to the beach the other day, but that I could go to another beach by myself.

Travis and baby.
